By registering an account on 33ag, accessing the website, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming policies. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any 33ag service. This is a strict requirement under Indonesian law and international online gambling regulations. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Important: 33ag employs robust KYC verification to prevent underage gambling. You will be required to provide government-issued identification (KTP, SIM, or Passport) to verify your age and identity before you can withdraw funds from your account.
33ag services are intended for residents of Indonesia. By using this platform, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and at the time of placing any bet. You must not use VPNs, proxies, or other location-masking technologies to access 33ag if you are located outside Indonesia. Doing so is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You must have full legal capacity under Indonesian law to enter into a binding contract. You confirm that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using online betting services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 33ag complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
To place bets on 33ag, you must register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.
Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one account with 33ag. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and is considered fraud. If 33ag detects that you have opened more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed, and any funds or winnings in those accounts may be forfeited. Only your original, first-registered account will be retained.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 33ag support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations, 33ag reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or Passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement showing account holder name). Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
33ag accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:
All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion is not supported. You must deposit from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted by 33ag at any time. Contact customer support for current limits.
Most deposits are credited to your 33ag account instantly upon confirmation. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes depending on the issuing bank or e-wallet provider. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, contact support immediately with your transaction reference number.
If you accidentally deposit funds to the wrong account or enter an incorrect amount, contact 33ag support immediately. We will investigate and attempt to reverse the transaction where possible, but we cannot guarantee recovery of misdirected funds if they have already been processed by the receiving financial institution.
You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your account at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account name used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 33ag support for security reasons.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits are set per transaction and per day based on your account verification level and activity history. Contact support for your current limits.
Most BCA, BRI, and BNI withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes, 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and other bank transfers typically complete within 5–10 minutes. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, and GoPay are usually instant. In exceptional circumstances (system maintenance, security review, high-volume periods), processing may take up to 24 hours.
33ag does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transfer fees or deduct interbank transaction charges. These fees are outside 33ag's control and are the sole responsibility of the Player.
To comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, 33ag requires that you wager at least 100% of your deposit amount before you may withdraw funds. For example, if you deposit Rp 100.000, you must place at least Rp 100.000 in total bets before requesting a withdrawal. This rule applies to all deposits and is non-negotiable. Accounts suspected of using 33ag solely for money transfer purposes may be flagged, investigated, and closed.
33ag offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Bonuses are optional — you are not required to claim any bonus. Once claimed, all bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer.
Most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement, typically 10x the bonus amount. This means you must place total bets equal to 10 times the bonus value before you may withdraw winnings derived from that bonus. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 1.000.000 in total qualifying bets. Free spin winnings typically carry a 5x wagering requirement.

33ag reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate winnings if we determine that a Player has abused the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, coordinated betting with other Players to hedge bets, exploiting software bugs to meet wagering requirements, or any other activity deemed to violate the spirit of the promotion. All bonus terms are subject to 33ag's sole discretion and final interpretation.
All Players must engage in fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:
All bets are subject to acceptance by 33ag. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, technical error, or abnormal betting patterns. Once a bet is accepted, it is final and cannot be canceled or modified by the Player. Bets are settled based on official results from our data providers. In the event of a dispute over results, 33ag's decision is final.
If an event is canceled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded to your account. For live betting, if an event is interrupted and does not resume within 24 hours, all unsettled bets will be voided. Specific sport-by-sport rules for voided events are available in our FAQ.
33ag reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types or events. The maximum payout per single bet is currently Rp 500.000.000 unless otherwise stated. Maximum daily and monthly payout limits may also apply. These limits are subject to change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, 33ag, its operators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of 33ag services, including but not limited to:
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with 33ag services is to discontinue use of the platform.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of 33ag services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Provide a detailed description of the issue, including your account username, date and time of the incident, and any relevant transaction or bet reference numbers. Our team will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may escalate the complaint to our compliance team. All escalated disputes will be reviewed by senior management, and a final decision will be communicated within 7 business days. 33ag's decision on all disputes is final and binding.
All complaints must be submitted within 14 days of the incident. Complaints received after this period will not be accepted unless exceptional circumstances apply.
You may close your 33ag account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened.
33ag reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform. Reasons for account termination include but are not limited to:
If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, 33ag may confiscate any remaining balance, including deposits, bonuses, and winnings.
33ag reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of significant changes via email or on-site notification, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of 33ag services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of 33ag services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia. By using 33ag, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of Indonesian courts for the resolution of all disputes.
